By using this website or purchasing a template, you agree to these Terms in full.
Luxix sells digital WordPress template files under three licence tiers: Solo, Studio, and Unlimited. The specific rights granted under each tier are described on the Licensing page. The licence granted is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Luxix retains full copyright and intellectual property ownership of all template designs and code.
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Template files are delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins within 24 hours and that you consent to the delivery of digital content, understanding that this may affect your withdrawal rights as described below.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. However, once the template files have been delivered to your email, this withdrawal right is waived as you have consented to immediate delivery of digital content.
If you have not yet received your template files, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@luxix.co.
Refunds are always available regardless of delivery status in the following circumstances: faulty or corrupted files, template not matching its description, duplicate purchase by mistake, or payment processing error. See the full Refund Policy for details.
Every purchase includes 6 months of email support for installation, customization, and configuration questions. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and does not guarantee resolution of all issues. After 6 months, the self-service Help section remains available indefinitely.
All templates include lifetime updates at no additional cost. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include bug fixes, compatibility updates, and new features. We reserve the right to discontinue updates for any template with 90 days notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxix Holdings' total liability for any claim arising from or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the template in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
