Refunds

Luxix templates are delivered via email as digital downloads, and purchases are non-refundable once the template files have been delivered. This keeps the studio sustainable and protects the integrity of the catalog.

Before delivery

If you have purchased a template and have not yet received your files, you have 14 days to change your mind. Contact hello@luxix.co within 14 days of purchase and we will process a full refund within one business day.

Exceptions

Refunds are always available regardless of delivery status in the following circumstances:

• Faulty download: the template file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be extracted.
• Template does not match its description: the template is materially different from what was shown in the live demo or described on the product page.
• Duplicate purchase: you accidentally purchased the same template twice.
• Payment error: you were charged the wrong amount or charged more than once.

These protections apply under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and are not waived by the delivery of digital content.

How to request a refund

Email hello@luxix.co with your purchase reference and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed and responded to within one business day.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe). Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

What is not refundable

• Change of mind after template files have been delivered.
• Failure to read the template requirements or system specifications before purchasing.
• Incompatibility caused by third-party plugins, hosting environments, or custom modifications not performed by Luxix.
• Customization service fees for work already completed and delivered.
