Luxix templates are delivered via email as digital downloads, and purchases are non-refundable once the template files have been delivered. This keeps the studio sustainable and protects the integrity of the catalog.
If you have purchased a template and have not yet received your files, you have 14 days to change your mind. Contact hello@luxix.co within 14 days of purchase and we will process a full refund within one business day.
Refunds are always available regardless of delivery status in the following circumstances:
These protections apply under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and are not waived by the delivery of digital content.
Email hello@luxix.co with your purchase reference and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed and responded to within one business day.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe). Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
